The DTC Performance & Growth Manager plays a critical role in accelerating Blueair’s direct-to-consumer growth by driving a holistic, full-funnel media strategy that balances efficient acquisition with brand building and long-term customer value. This role will partner with cross-functional teams and agency partners to drive business impact through performance marketing channels including search, display, paid social, podcasts, CTV, affiliate, and emerging commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop. Success in this role requires both hands-on platform expertise and strong strategic thinking, enabling the development of integrated media strategies that drive awareness, consideration, acquisition, and retention. The Performance & Growth Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Brand, agency partners, and Finance to ensure paid media programs align with broader business goals, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives. This role reports to the Head of DTC, with a dotted line to the CMO. We believe that we’re better together. Our team is hybrid and requires applicants for this role to live commuting distance from Blueair’s NYC office (Mid Town West) and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday.
