About The Position

Our Dual Driver and Warehouse Worker will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring that orders are pulled, loaded, delivered and picked up as routed in a timely and safe manner.

Requirements

• Must observe all Department of Transportation and driving regulations. Must have a safe driving record and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to operate a variety of material handling equipment required.
• Must be able to start work at 5:00 a.m.
• 1-3 years of related job experience.
• Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
• Strong planning and organization skills are required.
• Verifiable Class A license and 12+ months driving experience compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with a computerized warehouse system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous interactions with customers to provide a positive experience.
• Visually inspect loaded trucks to ensure the orders are pulled, packaged, converted, shipped, and loaded properly to avoid damages during transportation. Report all defects or equipment problems to supervisor.
• Transport goods and supplies in the warehouse and offsite to customers working within established procedures to ensure on-time delivery.
• Report any problems or issues with facilities and customers.
• Follow a range of mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.
• Deliver general warehouse tasks using various material handling equipment to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded with agreed procedures.
• File and retrieve the proper documents and delivery records from the company filing systems while monitoring the inventory quality and quantity availability.
