About The Position

This executive leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth across a major regional territory, leading high-performing sales teams, and shaping go-to-market strategy. Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling teams of enterprise account executives and frontline sales leaders.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise deal strategy, complex negotiations, and long sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent.
  • Deep experience with structured sales methodologies and pipeline management frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop second-line leaders and enterprise sales teams, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategy, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue, pipeline, hiring, and retention targets.
  • Drive complex, high-value enterprise deals, supporting strategic pursuits and executive-level negotiations.
  • Implement disciplined sales methodologies to ensure pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and operational rigor.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, solutions consulting, finance, and services to ensure aligned execution.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales talent, creating a strong leadership bench for future growth.
