We are looking to hire a Dynamics365 & Power Platform Agentic AI Consultant to join Microsoft Federal. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 1+ year(s) work experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.
Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.
Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customer and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government Clearance

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI and LLMs, Agentic Frameworks, or Power Platform in a consultative capacity
Demonstrated proficiency and 2+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or Dynamics 365 Field Service or Dynamics 365 Sales in a consultative capacity
Security+ Certification or the ability to obtain within 2 weeks of start date
Microsoft Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Fundamentals, Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate Delivery Management certification or Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform Developer Associate or the ability to obtain within 1 month of start date
A proven ability to identify and prioritize agentic AI Use Cases for the federal government

Responsibilities

Come join our AI Business Solution Area within our National Security Group. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software that meets the unique needs of our federal clients, while articulating valuable propositions for strategic Microsoft products and services.
Our Agentic AI Consultant will work with a team of project managers, architects and consultants.
Educate our customers and partners on the power of Microsoft’s AI, Dynamics365 and Power Platform Solutions.
Interact with executives and key stakeholders in our customers to formulate Agentic AI, Dynamics365 and Power Platform solutions that address challenges facing their organizations
Develop and maintain a high level of technical proficiency in Agentic AI, Dynamics365 and Power Platform cloud services
Create and share IP that leverages Agentic AI, Dynamics365 and Power Platform cloud services
You implement solutions and may provide oversight and leadership on workstreams across domains. You manage escalations, analyze situations, and coordinate appropriate resources to resolve issues by following delivery practices, considering cost implications, and engaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders. You proactively manage executive-level relationships to identify and contribute to the drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, determine the root cause, and establish recovery actions to improve experience.
You act as an ambassador in consumption of intellectual property by leveraging and/or modifying existing intellectual property (IP) or creating repeatable content. You identify opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption of the cloud and Microsoft technologies. You lead or participate in relevant technical communities and conduct training sessions to evangelize technology and/or offerings based on availability. Finally, you complete operational tasks and readiness, and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
