About The Position

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The E-commerce Data Insights & Fraud Analyst will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions that optimize online sales performance, enhance the customer experience, and ensure a secure ecommerce environment. This position will focus primarily on e-commerce analytics by leveraging tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI, FullStory, and other reporting platforms to generate insights that influence strategic decisions within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) ecosystem. The role will also maintain oversight of fraud analytics and e-commerce fraud tools to support revenue protection and operational excellence. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $78,000k - $83,000k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, statistics, finance, computer science, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, digital performance analysis, or a related analytical role, preferably within a high-volume e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Power BI, FullStory, and similar analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce fraud analytics, fraud scoring methodologies, and third-party fraud prevention platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear visuals and business insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple data streams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt new technologies quickly and drive data-driven initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage GA4, Power BI, FullStory, and other analytics tools to collect, analyze, and visualize key e-commerce metrics across the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring performance reports to monitor site engagement, conversion rate, cart abandonment, customer lifetime value, and other key performance indicators.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT development, finance, marketing, merchandising, and customer service to identify trends, diagnose site performance issues, and uncover actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis within SFCC and FullStory to support site optimization, improve user experience, and increase conversion.
  • Collaborate with the finance and customer service teams to provide analytics support for fraud trend analysis, rule performance, and incident reporting.
  • Maintain ownership of fraud detection tools within the e-commerce ecosystem, ensuring smooth platform integration and effective fraud rule management to balance customer experience with risk mitigation.
  • Stay informed on emerging e-commerce analytics trends, data visualization practices, and fraud detection technology.
  • Provide clear documentation, insights, and recommendations to business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
