About The Position

Boards & More is a globally active sporting goods company and one of the world’s leading brands in action sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, wing foiling, stand-up paddleboarding, and mountain biking. We live and breathe the spirit of our brands and are deeply rooted in the global action sports community. Our digital business is a key growth driver, and we are looking for an E-Commerce Manager who combines strong operational execution with a performance mindset and a genuine passion for sports and digital brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or a comparable background.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong practical experience with:
  • Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Google Ads & Meta Business Manager
  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
  • Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEA, CRO and digital funnels.
  • Data-driven, hands-on and execution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable taking ownership while working closely with specialists.
  • Excellent English communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • German is a plus.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling Amazon businesses (Vendor & Seller Central), including setting up structures and best practices, optimizing listings (SEO & content), managing Amazon Ads, and driving profitable growth through data-driven sales, margin, and inventory optimization is a plus for future tasks.

Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce & Website Operations (Hands-on)
  • You actively manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar).
  • You create, maintain and optimize product pages, collections, landing pages and content.
  • You take hands-on responsibility for webshop performance, usability and conversion.
  • You collaborate closely with developers and internal specialists to implement technical improvements and new features.
  • Performance & Growth Marketing
  • You plan, track and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, Paid Social and Retargeting.
  • You work hands-on in ad platforms and analytics tools.
  • You plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns in close collaboration with in-house and external specialists.
  • You support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization and content performance.
  • CRM & Retention
  • You execute email marketing campaigns and automated flows hands-on.
  • You collaborate with CRM and data specialists on segmentation, personalization and lifecycle journeys.
  • Data & Analytics
  • You actively track and analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, revenue, AOV, ROAS and CAC.
  • You build reports and dashboards and translate insights into concrete actions.
  • You exchange regularly with analytics and tracking specialists to continuously improve data quality and insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • You work closely with Brand, Product, Retail and Creative teams.
  • You align digital execution with product launches and brand campaigns.
  • You collaborate closely with internal specialists, agencies, freelancers and technology partners.
