About the position

E-commerce is the beating heart of our business, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative E-commerce Merchandising Specialist to bring our brand to life online. In this role, you’ll manage site content, optimize product assortment, and use data-driven insights to improve the customer journey across Tiege.com, our mobile app, and Amazon. Your work will directly impact revenue and shape the shopping experience for our growing customer base. Responsibilities

  • Updating and managing content across various platforms including Tiege.com, the mobile app, and Amazon.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy for BFCM and other holidays.
  • Collaborate with our CRM team to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and special offers.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products throughout the online shopping journey, including post-purchase.
  • Manage the product assortment, including adding new products to the site, updating collections, and managing all metadata in the CMS.
  • Utilize analytics tools to gather insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and product popularity, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates and drive sales growth.
  • Configure Shopify, Shopify apps, and other integrated platforms to enhance the user experience.
  • Ensure key pages are optimized for SEO and partner with writers for a new blog strategy to increase SEO traffic.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, Marketing and Operations in particular, to ensure alignment and bring fresh innovative ideas to the table to facilitate growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Some experience in a similar role, preferably utilizing Shopify Plus within an ecommerce team.
  • An artistic mindset, capable of curating engaging visual and written content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand.
  • A meticulous approach to content creation, ensuring consistency and high quality across all platforms.
  • Able to use reporting tools to make data-driven decisions to optimize the online shopping experience.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt, constantly staying abreast with the latest industry trends and tools.
  • Strong ability to organize key tasks and timelines for product launches and promotions.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and analytics tools will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with a rapidly evolving brand will be a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of the male consumer mindset, and the ability to craft content that speaks to them.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices will be considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI to drive productivity increases will be an advantage.
