About The Position

Assists the E-Commerce Manager and E-Commerce Assistant Manager in the operation and management of the E-Commerce operation by performing the following duties personally or through supporting team members. #INDRDG

  • Trains team members as they are on-boarded. Ensures that a positive example is set for all team members.
  • Recognizes when team members need coaching and provides immediate coaching when applicable.
  • Monitors and resolves customer service issues including but not limited to returns and disputes.
  • Reviews sellers’ information on shopgoodwill.com and all other marketplaces to ensure that it is compliant with requirements related to posting of items, description etiquette, and other criteria.
  • Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the E-Commerce Manager and/or E-Commerce Assistant Manager; see Supervisory Responsibilities below.
  • Ensures compliance with established safety, security, sales, money handling, and record keeping procedures and practices as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures. Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to the Manager, Retail Operations, Loss Prevention and the Vice President of Donated Goods.
  • Attends meetings as required.
  • Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
  • Occasional travel is required for business-related activities.
