About The Position
Job Title: e-Powertrain System Engineer Location: Detroit, Michigan, USA Responsibilities: 1. Develop overall e-Powertrain system solutions and lead system design/implementation 2. Analyze and decompose system requirements for motors, controllers, and related components 3. Gather customer insights to support global satisfaction and market development 4. Collaborate with cross-regional R&D teams on product architecture and roadmap planning
Requirements
- Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus
- Proficiency in e-Powertrain applications and vehicle integration requirements
- Familiarity with motor, controller, and reducer development processes
- Strong requirements development and systems thinking skills
- Understanding of vehicle development and validation processes
- Experience in e-Powertrain or range-extender systems preferred
