Innovation and partnership bond the five institutions of the World Bank Group (WBG): the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA), which together form the World Bank; the International Finance Corporation (IFC); the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA); and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). The World Bank Group is one of the world's largest sources of funding and knowledge for developing countries. Knowledge 360 (K360) is the digital backbone of the World Bank Group's Knowledge Bank initiative. Launched in Beta in January 2026, K360 is an AI-enabled enterprise platform that consolidates curated WBG knowledge and expertise into a trusted operational environment for staff across IBRD, IDA, IFC, and MIGA. As K360 moves from Beta toward initial institutional deployment and prepares for subsequent enhancement phases, the World Bank Group requires dedicated program management capacity to coordinate a complex, multi-workstream initiative spanning multiple Vice Presidencies and technical domains. The Project Manager will provide hands-on program management support for K360, ensuring disciplined execution, visibility over interdependencies, and coherent sequencing across Phase 1 delivery and Phase 2 preparation. Specific responsibilities include: Program Planning and Coordination ● Maintain and update the integrated K360 delivery plan across Phase 1 and Phase 2 workstreams, tracking milestones, sequencing, and dependencies across content readiness, platform development, data and taxonomy integration, intranet and repository alignment, and adoption activities. ● Support coordination across institutionally separate but operationally interdependent teams. Risk, Dependency, and Trade-off Management ● Maintain a consolidated risk, issue, and dependency register, proactively surfacing emerging bottlenecks, conflicts, or sequencing challenges. ● Prepare concise escalation notes framing trade-offs and decision points for senior leadership when issues cannot be resolved at working level. Governance and Secretariat Support ● Support governance forums through preparation of agendas, briefing materials, decision logs, and action tracking. ● Ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions and decisions, and maintain a centralized, audit-ready program repository. Reporting and Visibility ● Develop concise dashboards and status updates for senior stakeholders. ● Support periodic briefings on K360 progress, risks, and forward priorities.
