About The Position

The Marine Operations Summer Internship Program is part of Woodside’s USA Early Career Pathways initiative and is designed to build a sustainable pipeline of future professionals who support the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of Woodside’s marine and offshore activities. The program provides undergraduate students with hands-on, real-world experience supporting Woodside’s U.S. business through project-based work. Interns work closely with operations, logistics, HSSE, and commercial stakeholders to ensure marine assets, vessels, and offshore interfaces are managed in line with regulatory requirements, company standards, and operational objectives. Marine Operations professionals contribute to day-to-day operational support, planning, assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives that underpin Woodside’s offshore production and project activities

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Maritime Studies, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Rising senior or junior with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027 through 2028
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university for the full duration of the 2026 internship
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30
  • Available for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive weeks during Summer 2026
  • Authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., F-1)
  • Agree to complete pre-employment screening and understand that correspondence will primarily be conducted via email
  • Agree not to utilize AI or AI-assisted tools during any part of the application or interview process
