The position involves fostering students' understanding of God’s role in their lives and Christ’s relationship to each student. Under the auspices of the Office of Catholic Schools and the local parish, the individual will oversee and maintain a safe, faith-based learning environment. The role requires the implementation of developmentally appropriate practices, standards, curriculum, and assessment. Weekly development and execution of lesson plans and program activities are essential. The individual will also oversee the maintenance of all Center facilities and programs to ensure compliance with established standards of excellence and risk management/safety policies of the state, county, Diocese, and parish. Effective communication and collaboration with the pastor, families, stakeholders, and Diocese are crucial to promote the success of all children. Additionally, the individual must fulfill legal and contractual obligations.
