About The Position

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is hiring an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher to guide one of our toddler or preschool classrooms. Our center is known for creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning through play-based instruction. This role is ideal for an ECE-certified teacher who enjoys leading a classroom, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality early childhood education in a daycare or preschool setting.

Requirements

Massachusetts EEC certification required
Minimum 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1+ year preferred)
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
CPR/First Aid preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily classroom operations while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment
Lead and support assistant teachers through coaching and example
Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experience curriculum framework
Adapt activities to support individual learning styles and developmental needs
Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates
Work closely with center leadership to support enrollment, retention, and program quality
Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts health, safety, and licensing standards
