About The Position

At Learning Grove, we’re hiring Early Childhood Teachers who love working with children and want to be part of a team that truly shows up for each other. Join a nonprofit leader in early childhood education serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. As a teacher, you’ll guide children (ages 6 weeks–6 years) through engaging, hands-on, child-centered learning focused on social-emotional development.
Requirements
- CDA(Child Development Associate) required
- Experience working with young children
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- A genuine passion for helping children grow and succeed
Responsibilities
- Create and adapt fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured classroom
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families
- Collaborate with a supportive team and participate in ongoing professional development
