The Early Intervention Service Coordinator (EISC) provides direct service coordination for infants and toddlers, birth to age three, who are enrolled in the North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (NC ITP) and their families. This position is based in Union County under the Concord Children’s Developmental Services Agency (CDSA) and ensures services are delivered in compliance with federal IDEA regulations and state policies. The EISC works collaboratively with families, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that support child development and family outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating evaluations, facilitating access to services, monitoring service delivery, and supporting transitions out of the program. The role requires travel within the CDSA catchment area and emphasizes family-centered, evidence-based practices.
