Position Overview: Deliver direct services based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to meet evolving developmental needs. Create a positive learning environment within specialized classrooms and provide consultative support in community-based early care settings. Develop and maintain professional relationships with parents, therapists, and community agencies to ensure a unified approach to each child’s growth. Oversee a diverse caseload of eligible children, ensuring all services are delivered with high fidelity and identifying additional needs as they arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Valid Pennsylvania Certification in Special Education and/or Early Childhood Education, and Department of Education (DOE) Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in special education or early childhood settings is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
