Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), bariatric, and orthopedic service lines.

Requirements

Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program and/or ARDMS or CCI.
One (1) year of experience in the healthcare/hospital environment.
ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible.
Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire.
Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing ultrasound imaging of the patient’s heart to assist physicians with the diagnosis of the patient.
Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
