Requirements

  • Servant/hospitality mentality
  • Ability to view every customer interaction as a sales opportunity
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills (email, phone, chat)
  • A positive attitude and positive voice
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive while multi-tasking
  • Knowledge of G Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with CRMs and e-commerce platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of electrical/lighting/mechanics preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Magento, Shipstation, Slack, Monday.com, Livechat Inc, Finale Inventory

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer service phone calls, live chats, and emails from customers and suppliers
  • Following up with customers and suppliers via email, phone, and live chat
  • Quoting inventory, lead-time, and pricing data to customers
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams
  • Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional shopping experiences
  • Creating/updating supplier POs
  • Updating customer orders with tracking, backorders, etc.
  • Order fulfillment, process drop shipments as needed
