The Job: As a eCommerce Merchandise Planner, you’ll be part of the eCommerce team responsible for planning & forecasting support for eCommerce initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) and 2+ years working experience in a Merchandising role with Inventory Management Responsibilities (Merchandise Buying, Planning, Allocation, inventory planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning etc.)
  • Ability to effectively coordinate large amounts of data under varying tight deadlines
  • Be extremely organized and detail-oriented; process focused
  • Able to effectively handle competing/changing priorities
  • Solid experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Exceptional analytics and quantitative skills required, in addition to strong problem solving and rigorous use of logic to find effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with the desire to learn and improve

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in dropship and/or marketplace business models preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive, leverage, and establish priorities with channel, product and eCommerce cross functional teams tied to business objectives.
  • Partner with eCommerce Assortment & Pricing teams to provide planning guidance across several projects like Dropship opportunities, Direct Selling projects, B2B initiatives, etc.
  • Partner with Fulfillment and other key stakeholders to create/execute a comprehensive forecasting plan.
  • Contribute to the build and management of forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy across multiple brands and accounts.
  • Drive to forecasting KPIs.
  • Contribute to long range category financial and demand planning.
  • Monitor and report out forecasting KPIs, track performance and evolve planning tools.
