About The Position

The Ecommerce Specialist II will perform all functions of a Generalist and
Specialist 1 with productivity and accuracy consistently meeting or surpassing
Buckle standards. In addition, primary duties will include any of the following
job duties.

General

• Effectively utilize computer systems, Bluetooth and RF scanners, and other
technologies in the warehouse.

• Serve as a backup leader in the absence of a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and replenish supplies as needed.

• Special projects and other duties as assigned in either distribution or
ecommerce warehouses, which may require travel between sites.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist or direct a limited number of Generalist/ Specialist Teammates.
• Communicate with necessary parties to make Teammate changes to optimize workflow of designated areas or address issues as they arise.
