About The Position

As an E‑Commerce Supervisor, you’ll lead the team that keeps online orders moving. You’ll plan and oversee daily warehouse operations, set priorities, and kick off production to ensure every order is completed accurately, safely, and on time. You’ll also lead your team of 10-20 hourly employees with care through daily huddles, one‑on‑one conversations, and hands‑on guidance on the floor. Through clear communication and leadership, you’ll build strong relationships, recognize great work, and create an environment where people can do their best every shift. Along the way, you’ll track productivity, support inventory accuracy, assist with budget management, and model the safety and quality standards that help the team succeed. It’s hands-on work that keeps you moving, so you’ll need to be comfortable lifting, carrying, and working on your feet.

Requirements

• Leads with confidence and teamwork

• Is comfortable using computers, including data entry and basic Excel functions
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
• Brings 2–3 years of warehouse experience
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, and working on your feet
