Position Summary Oversees the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of electronic data interchange systems to ensure seamless and secure data exchanges with customers and internal teams.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Prior electronic data interchange experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation application systems.

Responsibilities

• Engages with customers to facilitate EDI document exchanges and handles requests.
• Configures EDI mapping solutions to align with customer requirements.
• Establishes VAN or direct connect communications, including FTP setups.
• Implements necessary encryption methods, including PGP, AS1, and AS2.
• Collaborates with internal teams to onboard customers for EDI integration.
• Coordinates testing and production implementations with user groups.
• Troubleshoots and resolves production support issues effectively.
