About The Position

The Edibles Production Technician is responsible for producing high-quality, compliant cannabis-infused products by operating, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment while following GMP, food safety, QA standards, SOPs, and recipes. This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, proper PPE and hygiene, the ability to maintain consistency and speed across large production volumes, and flexibility as a reliable team player.
