Amyx, Inc. is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to be located in Washington, DC, for the eDiscovery team that will support the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Office of General Counsel (OGC). The SEC has four primary goals: 1) Detect possible violations of the securities laws and regulations, including fraud; 2) Foster strong compliance and risk management practices; 3) monitor risk; and 4) Provide the SEC with implementation of rules and laws. The work environment will be dynamic, fast-paced and the candidate must demonstrate a strong customer service presence with SEC and Contractor staff. This individual will be responsible for processing inbound document productions and supply/apply quality control measures to productions assigned by the government within program defined service level agreements. Plan and implement eDiscovery solutions, using SEC standard operating procedures on each and every project assigned and processed. Lead, coordinate, and support team members so that processing projects are completed within Service Level Agreement guidelines. Present project completion reports to corresponding government stakeholders and direct reporting supervisors.
