About the position

As Education Audience Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing to-customer and through-partner integrated marketing plans aligned to business strategy and priorities. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across commercial marketing, industry advisors, regional sales leadership (Operating Units), field enablement, business operations teams, and the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization to land marketing plays aligned to regional plans. Success in this role requires experience in digital marketing strategy and optimization, data-driven marketing and decision making, account-based marketing, and a track-record of leading cross functional teams, and influencing across the organization to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned to business strategy and priorities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across various teams to align marketing plays with regional plans.
  • Drive plans and strategies for integrated marketing aligned to targeted business outcomes.
  • Manage overall digital channel strategy and ensure targets are identified and met.
  • Own, measure, deliver, and optimize key metrics and reporting on marketing activities across channels and platforms.
  • Execute standardized, scalable, compliant, and efficient marketing execution.
  • Oversee the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify insights for advancing business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 5+ years integrated marketing experience (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign).
  • 5+ years of experience marketing to the education sector/market.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 3+ years integrated marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing experience.

Benefits

  • Base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year.
  • Base pay range for this role in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
  • Eligible for benefits and other compensation.
