About The Position

The Education Coordinator, Student Success, provides high-level administrative and coordinative support to the Student Services department. Assists with day-to-day duties and functions in support of student success programming. Plays a fundamental role in achieving department’s goals and objectives. Helps to enhance domestic and international students’ experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and 1 – 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working in higher education is preferred.
  • Experience working with Jenzabar, Workday and Salesforce is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Student Services department in the delivery of programming related to all areas of the Student Experience and academic rigor.
  • Foster an environment that welcomes, affirms and empowers students, faculty, staff and alumni of all backgrounds.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students at the front desk; provide exceptional customer service via in‑person interactions, phone, and email to students, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Develop, prepare, and update student‑facing communications, including digital announcements and other informational materials.
  • Maintain departmental tracking tools and calendars, including the master schedule, to support efficient operations and timely execution of departmental priorities.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate logistics for orientations, graduations, online and in‑person meetings, and other curricular or co‑curricular events; secure rooms, IT support, catering, and needed resources.
  • Collaborate with team to plan, organize and execute on-campus and off-campus events for students; manage action items and follow up as needed, submit set-up requests to Facilities, source promotional items, assure appropriate configuration and IT support, secure catering service and related details.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other financial or procurement‑related documentation to support meeting annual department budgets.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute meeting minutes and related documentation to support clear communication and follow‑up.
  • Gather, analyze, and prepare data or reports for leadership to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement effort as requested.
  • Maintain and monitor student information and correspondence with on-campus and online students with utmost confidentiality.
  • Research student experience and engagement best practices and provide recommendations to enhance departmental programs and services.
  • Support and coordinate special projects across the Education department as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
