Responsibilities

  • Manage Educational Activities: Oversee and assist with the daily operations of academic activities.
  • Track student attendance and academic progress by collecting faculty grades.
  • Organize and schedule meetings for students, faculty, and administration within the Education Department.
  • Maintain and update essential academic files, including student records and curriculum details.
  • Oversee Student Services: Supervise student orientation and graduation ceremonies.
  • Monitor student registration, attendance, grades, and drop-out reports.
  • Follow up with students, financial aid, admissions, and other key departments to ensure student progress.
  • Provide leadership and visible management in academic areas, interacting with students and fostering a supportive campus environment.
