Position Overview: Direct the end-to-end IEP process, including the professional drafting, writing, and administration of individualized plans to meet diverse student needs. Provide specialized academic support to a broad student population ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade, focusing on Mild-to-Moderate learning disabilities. Partner with the educational team and work with general education teachers and staff to ensure inclusive and effective student outcomes. Utilize data-driven assessments to track student growth and adjust instructional strategies to ensure all educational milestones are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential
- Specific expertise in Reading, Writing, and Administering IEPs (Required)
- Prior experience or specialized training in K-8 instruction and early childhood development
