About The Position

As an Education Support Specialist, you will provide the first interaction between our business clients and ADP’s retirement program. Building strong relationships with clients and seamlessly implementing ADP’s technologies, you will ensure your clients are set up for long-term success with ADP. Even more, you’ll make an immediate impact on our client’s employees and their 401K plans. You will spend most of your day focused on providing rollover support to participants looking to consolidate assets. You will also be focused on delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new ADP 401(k) clients and their active employees by providing enrollment and driving 401(k) plan participation. Responsible for providing enrollment support, driving usage into our virtual webcast offerings, and ensuring enrollments prior to 401(k) plan start date. To thrive in this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud.   • Financial services/business background.
  • Strong presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and set schedule. Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Retirement Services Industry experience preferred
