Educational Leader
About The Position
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. About Goodstart Brighton - Cochrane Street: Lead and inspire high-quality teaching and learning at a beautiful, modern 60-place centre, conveniently located in a residential community just a short walk from Brighton North train station. Work within four thoughtfully designed learning environments that are purposefully set to extend children’s interests and support holistic development across all learning domains. Mentor and coach a longstanding, friendly and passionate team of educators, supporting continuous improvement and confidence in curriculum decision-making. Requirements
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current VIC Working with Children Check
- Previous experience leading change in education
