About The Position

Work in hatchery setting performing assigned job duties for maintaining egg receipts, egg inventory, preparing egg set's. Completing and compiling all necessary records and reports into Oracle system. Follow all established safety and operational SOP's to achieve goals on hatch, HOF, early mortality and budgets. The days and hours for this position are: Monday (3PM - 2AM), Wednesday (3AM - 2PM), Thursday (3PM - 2AM) and Saturday (3AM - 2PM).

Requirements

• High School
• 1-3 yrs related Hatchery Experience
• Completion of all safety training. Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Mark eggs and prepare set sheets to maximize hatching egg potential and incubation
• Maintain egg receipts and enter into Oracle system
• Maintain egg inventory, balance inventories daily and weekly
• Complete and compile all records and reports into Oracle system
• Monitor conditions of incubators, incubator rooms and egg rooms through established checklists and report any issues to hatchery management.
