Gain Real‑World Exposure: Learn how advanced electric systems are monitored, controlled, and optimized. Collaborate & Document: Work with Electric Operations staff to capture updates, document progress, and support project coordination. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year accredited university/college, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Completion of at least two years of relevant coursework.
  • Junior or Senior Standing preferred.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and computer applications (Excel, Word, etc).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants should be able to commit to the entire internship duration.
  • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
