Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of in-home electric sales experience in a high-paced environment (required).
Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales targets.
Customer Service: Warm, professional, and a natural people-person with a solutions-focused approach.
Drive: Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with exceptional follow-up skills.
Organization: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities
