Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; electrical trade school a plus
• Strong electrical aptitude and ability to read schematics
• Experience with hand tools, crimpers, soldering, and basic electrical assembly
• Ability to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
• Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
• Strong electrical skills
• Able to read electrical schematics.
• Proficient use of hand tools and variety of electrical devices
• Basic use of PC tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical retrofit kits using wiring diagrams, B.O.M., and manuals
• Cut, label, crimp, and install wiring and electrical components
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and ensure quality
• Package and process kits through our ERP system
• Support safe, efficient warehouse operations
