About The Position

As an Electrical Engineer (EI) here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in designing and developing cutting-edge electrical systems for aerospace applications. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Los Angeles, CA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the advancement of aerospace electrical systems, ensuring that designs meet rigorous technical specifications and regulatory standards. Your contributions will play a crucial role in delivering reliable and efficient aerospace products that meet the needs of our customers and the industry. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools.
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the aerospace industry.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, aerospace standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with avionics systems and electrical integration in aerospace applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced electrical systems for aerospace applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Conduct testing and validation of electrical components to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Benefits

• The annual base salary range for this position is $70,900 to $88,450. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
