About The Position

Shape your future at IEWC! As an employee-owner, you will be a valued team member, contributing to something bigger and gaining skills that will set your career up for hypergrowth! Are you an electrical engineer who thrives on taking a project from concept to build-ready design? Do you enjoy designing complete control systems from scratch and working directly with customers to deliver practical, high-quality solutions? At Bevco Engineering, we’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to lead the design and execution of industrial control panel projects. This role owns projects from kickoff through release to manufacturing and serves as the primary technical point of contact for customers. You’ll be responsible for full control system design, component selection, compliance, and mentoring junior team members — while collaborating with Senior Controls Engineers for PLC programming and advanced automation functions.
