About The Position

Since 1998, Holm Electric, Inc. has been a trusted electrical partner on some of Northern Nevada and Tahoe’s most distinctive custom homes. We specialize in high‑end residential construction, integrated home automation, and premium electrical systems—where precision, communication, and craftsmanship matter. We’re seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead luxury residential projects from pre‑construction through final walkthrough, ensuring exceptional quality, client satisfaction, and on‑time delivery.

Requirements

3+ years as an Electrical Project Manager
10+ years in the electrical trade, including foreman or superintendent experience
Strong knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70)
Proven experience with rough and finish work in custom residential construction
Hands‑on knowledge of lighting control, home automation, and integrated systems
Ability to lead teams while meeting the expectations of luxury home clients
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean background

Responsibilities

Manage multiple custom and luxury residential projects from planning through completion
Develop project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans to maintain profitability
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, designers, and architects
Review and interpret plans, lighting designs, and specifications
Manage RFIs, submittals, material procurement, and change orders
Coordinate closely with estimators, engineers, and field leadership
Conduct regular site visits and lead meetings to maintain quality and schedule
Oversee foremen and crews, promoting craftsmanship and attention to detail
Monitor QA/QC on high‑end finishes, lighting, and automation systems
Track progress and documentation using CRM and project management software
