We are seeking qualified candidates for our 2nd Shift Electrical Senior Technician role, now offering a Tiered Sign‑On Bonus up to $5,000. Primary Duties: Complete the repair or replacement of electrical, emergency power, fire alarm systems and related devices in Wake County facilities. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability of building infrastructure. Assist in performing required testing of electrical, emergency power, fire alarm and related systems. Complete routine, preventative maintenance as well as emergency work orders as assigned including power outages, fire alarm troubles, generator failures etc. Monitors work progress completed by contractors. Enters information on work orders including time, materials and field notes on maintenance and repairs into GSA's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) NOTE: A criminal background and credit check will be conducted.
