We’re currently seeking a motivated Electrical Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, and maintain residential electrical systems with attention to detail and care, contributing to high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical systems/equipment and local electrical codes, and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Develop proven track record in routine inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing electrical problems, reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics and testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Continued education and training.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical and other related in-home, service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right options necessary and the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options and maintenance plans.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
