About The Position

BHI is looking for an Electrical Project Field Superintendent to serve as the primary on-site authority for our project in Riverton, Wyoming. In this role, you will direct all electrical construction activities, manage field labor, and ensure strict compliance with project specifications and the National Electrical Code. The wage range for this position is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience, and includes a standard schedule of Monday through Friday with possible Saturday work, totaling 50 to 60 hours per week. This full-time position offers per diem and requires travel as needed to ensure project success. Requirements

Typically 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction with prior supervisory experience
Deep knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Strong blueprint reading and project planning skills
Proven proficiency in managing a non-union field labor force
Ability to bridge communication between project management and field crews to meet established deadlines
