About The Position

We are actively seeking an experienced Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent to oversee field operations on high-profile energy infrastructure projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in T&D construction , including transmission lines and substations
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews on complex projects
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, safety compliance, and QA/QC processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (structural, electrical, P&IDs)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for transmission and substation construction projects
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure alignment with project schedules and contract requirements
• Oversee installation of high-voltage transmission lines, structures, substations, and related systems
• Drive jobsite safety by enforcing protocols and reviewing PTAs, TSOs, and safety documentation
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, QA/QC, and clients to ensure seamless execution
• Track project progress, productivity, and material usage
• Review drawings, RFIs, and ensure latest revisions are implemented in the field
• Conduct inspections, develop punch lists, and support system testing and commissioning
• Maintain accurate daily reports and photo documentation
