About The Position

Overseeing electrical maintenance and repair activities to ensure safety and efficiency. Leading and mentoring a team of electricians. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years electrical experience in a heavy industrial setting, supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in electrical systems and maintenance practices in a heavy industrial setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
