Electrical Test Technician - NETA II

Power Up Your Career with ABM Electrical Power Services ABM Industries is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Electrical Field Test Technician (NETA Level II or NICET Equivalent) to join our growing Electrical Power Services team. In this role, you’ll work both independently and as part of a crew, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning electrical power systems ranging from low to high voltage. You’ll also have the opportunity to gain leadership experience and mentor junior technicians, all while working on critical power infrastructure projects. The pay listed is the base hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in electrical testing or related fieldwork
- Current NETA Level II certification or NICET equivalent
- Strong understanding of electrical power systems and safety procedures
- Experience with testing equipment and methods for low, medium, and high voltage systems
- Familiar with NETA ATS/MTS standards and NFPA70E
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for regional and national projects
- Clean driving record
