Trouble shoot, repair and install building and manufacturing equipment. Install, modify and repair electronic systems. Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair motors. Understand, repair, and program PLC, CNC, and robotic equipment and controls. Follow national and electrical code guidelines. Work in a team environment and cross-train with others. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting
  • Experience with PLC and Drive Systems
  • Ability to read schematic diagrams, manuals and specifications
  • Associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience in an electronics trade
  • Experience with AC and DC power systems
  • Must be able to work 3 shift and 4 crew shifts if needed
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

  • Must be able to perform diagnostics, repair, and or installation of components on electrical systems and controls
  • Must be able to read and interpret building system blueprints and manufacturing equipment electrical drawings, wiring diagrams & schematics: use trade formulas to calculate properties of AC and DC electrical circuits such as: voltage, current, power and resistance: use the National Electrical Code to determine required size & type of wire, conduit, wire ways, electrical boxes, and circuit protection of AC & DC electrical circuits.
