Repairs, maintains, and installs electrical systems and equipment following all safety procedures, electrical codes, manuals, schematic drawings, diagrams, and blueprints. Demonstrates knowledge of basic grounding and shielding, electricity, and electrical wiring and raceway systems. Maintains and repairs various types of electrical components. Uses test equipment, measuring, and alignment tools to perform assigned work tasks. Plans and coordinates work following appropriate work orders, work permits, and safety instructions. Performs work activities in a safe and environmentally sound manner. This position is hourly nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay.
