Must have high school diploma or acceptable equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings and wiring schematics
Required to do mechanical and electrical assembly of hoists, hoist components, and control panels
Required to check, test, and trouble shoot hoists or hoist components prior to shipping
Good communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate manual and power hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to operate various measuring tools including calipers and tape measures.
General electrical knowledge and ability to read and understand wiring diagrams.
Routine stooping, squatting, and bending.
Occasional heavy lifting up to 65 pounds.
Ability to stand 7+ hours per day.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities
Assemble 3-Phase electric hoists to configuration requirements.
Assemble and wire control boxes.
Responsible for producing acceptable work which meets or exceeds all Quality Control Standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
Exhibit interpersonal skills sufficient to perform as an active team member.
