About The Position

Build What’s Next at Our Growing Stockton Plant New machinery is arriving, production is scaling, and we’re looking for a hands-on problem solver to keep everything running at its best. As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll be the go-to expert maintaining production equipment, site facilities, and critical assets—especially as we commission and integrate complex systems. Electrical experience is highly desirable. A Day in the Life Walk the floor to verify equipment health, review preventive maintenance schedules, and prioritize safety. Diagnose and resolve issues on conveyors, packaging lines, and servo-driven machinery to minimize downtime. Isolate faults in 120/208/240/480V systems, restore operation, and document corrective actions. Collaborate with operators and other technicians to fine-tune processes and improve reliability. Support facilities upkeep to ensure a safe, efficient production environment.

Requirements

  • Education/training or applicable experience in an industrial skilled trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Fluid Power, Machining, Welding, etc.).
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge across mechanical systems, electrical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • A safety-first mindset and clear communication with technicians, operators, and management.
