Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in electronic trading, portfolio trading, and ETF trading. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, ETF issuers, and pension funds. Increase client engagement, drive revenue, and gain mindshare across the Wells Fargo client base. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including trading desks, research teams, product development, and technology, to enhance offerings and address client needs. Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Registration for FINRA Series 57 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents. Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
