Primary Responsibilities Candidate will work with multi-disciplinary team to develop test hardware and software from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing facilities. Systems to be tested include analog, mixed-signal, and RF applications at board and system level. This position will provide the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will work with design engineers, test engineers and manufacturing engineers to understand assembly and testing requirements. Candidate will work with suppliers to manufacture test hardware. Candidates will work to implement test software for testing production assemblies. Bas Candidate will be responsible for identification and mitigation of test readiness issues through the development process. Candidate will be required to possess the ability to set up manual or automated test equipment to conduct functional, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production assemblies. Candidate will be responsible for helping troubleshoot boards and units that fail in production Candidate will be required to analyze test results and recommend corrective actions. Candidate will be responsible for recommending corrections and improvements to test procedures to simplify testing and/or assembly processes. This position will work on a variety of products to include both military and commercial customers.
