About The Position

This position involves assisting in wiring and maintaining DC, single-phase, and three-phase motors. The role includes learning to size and install breakers, fuses, and wires under supervision, supporting troubleshooting of basic control circuits (0-10 VDC, 4-20 mA, PNP/NPN), and performing entry-level motor testing and inspections with proper tools. Additionally, the candidate will aid in the installation of safety circuits and protective devices, help document wiring, and maintain updated schematics. Participation in preventive maintenance tasks and repairs is also expected, along with continued skill development through training and mentorship.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring (single and three-phase).
• Familiarity with circuit protection (fuses, breakers).
• Willingness to learn motor and control system troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret simple electrical diagrams.
• Safe work practices around energized equipment.
• 0-2 years of industrial electrical experience or equivalent training.
• Technical school or coursework in electronics/electrical systems preferred.
• Strong desire to learn PLCs, networks, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
